Police: Spring Valley Resident Charged With DWI In Nyack

20-year-old stopped by Sheriff's officer on Route 59.

A 20-year-old Spring Valley resident was charged with drunken driving early Sunday morning after he was seen driving erratically on Route 59 in Nyack, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.

Aschly Gustave was stopped at 1:59 a.m. Sunday by a Sheriff's officer in Nyack. Police said Gustave was found to be intoxicated and was arrested and taken to the Sheriff's Headquarters in New City.

Gustave was later released pending an April 17 hearing in Nyack Village Court on a charge of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
