Police Blotter: Harassment Charged, Warrant Arrests

Police reported arrests in incidents in Rockland County.

- Michael Harris, 17, of 5A Hoover Pl., Stony Point, was charged with harassment and criminal contempt after an investigation of a domestic violence incident, according to Stony Point police.

Harris is accused of violating a court-issued order of protecting by harassing the victim in the Thursday incident. Harris was released pending a June 18 hearing in Stony Point Town Court.

- Gilda Payton, 47, of New York City, was arrested Thursday in Clarkstown on a warrant charging her with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department. Payton was being held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility in New City pending arraignment.

- Raymond Dennison Jr., 28, of Pearl River, was arrested Tuesday in Monticello, NY, on a Rockland County warrant charging him with criminal possession of a forged instrument, according to the Sheriff's Deparment. Dennison was being held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.

- Alexander Waldman, 23, of West Nyack was arrested Monday in Pearl River, on a Rockland County warrant charging him with attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to the Sheriff's Department. Waldman was being held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.

- Shahid Altaf, 31, of Congers, was arrested on a Rockland County warrant charging a violation of a Rockland County Family Court order, according to the Sheriff's Department. Altaf is accused of failure to pay $4,332 in child support payments. Altaf was arraigned in Family Court in New City and released pending a June 26 hearing.

- Christopher Daqui, 21, of New City, was arrested in Clarkstown on a Rockland County warrant charging him with criminal possession of a forged instrument, according to the Sheriff's Department. He was ordered held in the county jail pending a County Court hearing.

- Kristina Didonato, 26, of New City, was arrested in Nyack on a Rockland County warrant charging her with criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to the Sheriff's Department. She was released on $1,000 bail pending a Clarkstown Town Court hearing.

- Guerlyne St. Hubert, 30, of Nanuet, was arrested on a Rockland County Family Court warrant charging violations of a court-orders related to support proceedings, according to the Sheriff's Department. St. Hubert was cited in two warrants for owing $3,405 and $23,780 to the Rockland County Department of Social Services and $100 and $2,860 to private parties. He was held in the county jail pending a hearing.

- Christopher Considine, 43, of Nanuet, was arrested in Morris County, NJ, on a Rockland County warrant charging him with criminal possession of a forged instrument, according to the Sheriff's Department. He was brought to Rockland and held in the county jail pending a County Court hearing.
