A 19-year-old Haverstraw man was charged with drunken driving in an early-morning incident today, according to State Police.
Miguel A. Dominguez was stopped by state troopers on the northbound Palisades Interstate Parkway at about 5 a.m. between Exits 12 and 13. Police said Dominguez was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
He was also chrged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
Dominguez was later released to a third party pending a hearing Haverstraw Town Court.
