Police Blotter: Domestic Violence Incidents, Burglary, Warrant Arrest

Four charged in separate Stony Point incidents.

Guy T. Coe, 56, of 26 Charles Court, Stony Point, was charged with criminal contempt and harassment after police were called to investigate a domestic violence incident, according to Stony Point police.

Coe is accused of violating an order of protection issued by the Rockland County Family Court in New City. He was arrested Monday and arraigned in Stony Point Town Court by Judge William F. Franks, who ordered Coe held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility in New City on $500 bail pending a hearing.

— Jonathan J. Conde, 18 of 26 Kennedy Drive, West Haverstraw is accused of burglary and grand larceny in connection with a break-in at a Stony Point home, according to Stony Point police.

Conde was arrested Thursday after a Stony Point investigation into the burglary. Conde was arraigned before the Judge Franks and ordered held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility. In addition to a hearingin Stony Point Town Court on Feb. 12, 2011, police said Conde faces additional charges in the Town of Haverstraw.

— James A. Paterson, 54 of 35 Hunter Place, Stony Point, has been charged with criminal mischief in connection with a domestic dispute, according to Stony Point police.

Paterson is accused of intentionally damaging property, police said. Paterson was arrested Wednesday and arraigned in Town Court by Judge Franks. Paterson was released pending a Jan. 19, 2012, hearing, and Franks issues a “stay away” order of protection against Paterson.

— Randal G. Adams, 46, of 93 Grassy Point Road, Stony Point, was arrested on warrants issued on Stony Point Town Court charging him with petty larceny and possession of stolen property, according to Stony Point police.

Adams was arrested Tuesday after he failed to appear in court to face charges, police said. Adams was arraigned by Judge Franks and released pending another court hearing.
