Police Blotter: Arrests, Warrants

Incidents reported in Rockland County.

Stephan Loconti, 26, of 26 Beacon St., Congers, was charged Thursday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after he was stopped for traffic violations, according to Stony Point police.

Police said Loconti's driver's license has been suspended twice from previous matters. He was issued tickets and released pending an Oct. 18 hearing in Stony Point Town Court.

- Graham Marcoux, 46, of 56 S. Mountain View Trailer Park, Stony Point, was arrested on a second-degree harassment charge Thursday after an investigation of a domestic dispute, according to Stony Point Police.

Police said Marcoux was involved in a physical dispute with his girlfriend. He was arrested and later released pending a Sept. 18 hearing in Stony Point Town Court.

- Dariel Urena, a 21, of 72 Coolidge St., Haverstraw, was arrested Wednesday on a charged of third-degree aggravated unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after he was stopped for a traffic violation, according to Stony Point Police.

Police said his driver's license had been suspended because of a previous incident in which Urena did not answer a traffic ticket. He was released on $200 bail pending a Sept. 20 hearing in Stony Point Town Court.

- Leslie Valdez, 39, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested in New York City on Aug. 22 on a Rockland County Court warrant, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.

Valdez was ordered held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility in New City pending a County Court hearing. The warrant was issued on a charge of second-degree attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony, according to the Sheriff's Department.
