A 51-year-old Pearl River man was charged with drunken driving after he was stopped on Route 59 in West Nyack early Sunday after he was spotted driving erratically, according to the Rockland County Sheriff's Department.
Panagiotis Papadotis of Pearl River was stopped at 2:11 a.m. by a Sheriff's officer and found to be intoxicated. He was charged with driving while intoxciated, a misdemeanor, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.
He was later released on bail pending an Aug. 6 hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.
