Good news, it is no fun when the very young or very old wander off.

Our family is very thankful for the alerts that went out. Our mom is fine, thank God. Alzheimer's disease is very tough and can be freightening when your loved one is not where they are suppose to be. We were lucky mom wasn't wandering she had gone to a luncheon. Thank you for your kind expressions.

There is a company in Teaneck named Aetrex (www.aetrex.com) that market a line of shoes called Navistar. They are men's and women's walking style shoes that have a GPS transponder in the right heel. They have monitoring programs available including a circle of safety. Take a look.
