An Orangeburg man was charged with felony drunken driving after he was stopped for an early-morning traffic violation on Route 9W in Piermont, according to Piermont Police.
Thomas G. Taylor, 56, of 40 Kings Hwy, Orangeburg, was stopped at about 1:20 a.m. and when he was questioned he appeared intoxicated, police said.
Taylor was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated due to a previous DWI conviction in the Town of Orangetown. Taylor was later released pending a Dec. 19 hearing in Piermont Village Court.
