A motorist slammed into a barrier just before the Tappan Zee Bridge in Westchester Monday morning, state police said.
The accident, which occured at 10:14 a.m., involved only one car, and the woman driving was not injured.
She was able to pull into the shoulder shortly afterward, and did not snarl traffic, authorities said.
