A New Jersey woman is accused of taking more than $700 worth of merchandise from a store in West Nyack on Thursday, according to .
Emila Puscas, 42, of Bergenfield, NJ, was charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in connection with a 1:45 p.m. incident at the department store at the mall. Police said store security complained that Puscas took clothing worth about $765 from store displays and attempted to leave without paying for the merchandise.
After her arrest, Puscas was later released pending a Feb. 15 hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.
