Police Monday are searching for the killer of a Haverstraw woman who was found dead behind her home on Willow Grove Road.
The victim, 36-year-old Tammy Palmer, was discovered Monday morning. Palmer has two children, according to published reports.
Police are searching for Palmer's father-in-law, Eugene Palmer, according to reports by CBS News. Eugene Palmer admitted murdering Tammy Palmer to a relative, and then fled, reports note.
CBS News is reporting that Tammy Palmer and her husband were estranged, and that Tammy Palmer lived across the street from Eugene Palmer.
