A Rockland County Sheriff’s officer arrested Brian D. Gonzalez, 24, of Haverstraw on driving and drug charges on Tuesday. Gonzalez was arrested in Nyack after he was stopped for driving erratically. He is accused of intoxication, being impaired by drugs and possessing marijuana.
The sheriff’s department reported Gonzalez was driving with a suspended license. He was arraigned on felony charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator, misdemeanor DWI and DWAI-Drugs charges, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and violations of New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law. Gonzalez was sent to the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
