A Florida man is accused of drunken driving on the New York State Thruway in South Nyack, according to State Police.
Oscar B. Grueso, 51, of Orlando, Fla., was stopped by troopers at 2:30 a.m. Saturday on the Thruway in South Nyack. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, police said.
Grueso was released pending a hearing in South Nyack Justice Court.
