A Bardonia man stopped for driving erratically on Sickeltown Road in West Nyack is accused of drunken driving, reckless driving and several other related charges, according to .
Nicholas Delorenzo, 30, was stopped about 12:50 a.m. Sunday as he was driving southbound on Sickeltown Road. Police said he failed a field sobriety test and was taken to Clarkstown police headquarters in New City, where he refused to take a chemical breath test for alcohol.

Delorenzo was arraigned in Clarkstown Town Court in New City and was ordered held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility in New City on $500 bail pending a hearing on Wednesday.
