Tonight: Free Relaxation Workshop at Playhouse Market

Playhouse Market will offer a series of workshop on healthy living in the coming months. They will kick it off with a free relaxation and stretching workshop on Tuesday, March 25th at 6:30pm. Dr. Michael Cocilovo and Dr. Gil Rodriguez of New City Chiropractic Center will lead attendees through a series of simple stretching exercises that can be used to alleviate tension and stress in the back, neck and shoulders. They will also talk about how stress affects us physically and what we can do before it begins to cause pain. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions during the workshop which will last 45 minutes. There is no charge to attend and adults and teens are welcome.

Everyone who attends the workshop will receive 15% off any purchase after the session (excluding alcohol). Dr. Michael Cocilovo has been practicing chiropractic in Rockland County for over 25 years and is the Director of New City Chiropractic Center at 490 Route 304 in New City. He is a long-time member of the New York State Chiropractic Association and is Past President of the Rockland County Chapter of the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Rodriguez is board certified in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
