Improv Comedy Class
Audition dates: Thursday, January 30th and Friday, January 31st @7:30pm

“On the spot, off the top, how do they think of these things” hysterical Improv.
Yes Virginia, there is a method and these techniques can be learned, by almost everyone.

You will be trained to do this in a FREE 8 week class starting in the first week of February, followed by a workshop performance on April 7th, at Elmwood Playhouse, 10 Park street Nyack, NY, 10960

Actors: Improve Your Comedy Chops with Improv

The auditions are casual and run in the form of a mini class / informational session. (keyword; FUN, no stress.) You will be asked to do some beginning Improv exercises, similar to many of the early class exercises, to see if this is for you. (my take and yours)

If it’s Improv, we do we have to rehearse?
Because there is a method and these techniques are learned.
Classes begin on time & are tightly run to insure your success.
Funny is serious business.
For those cast, 16 to 18 classes/rehearsals are held twice a week for about 2.5 hours a session. Time (typically) 7:30 to 10:00 on either a Mon/Thurs or Tues/Fri schedule depending on what works best for the group.
