Services are Jan. 17 for Ralph Blanco

Ralph Blanco of Nyack, NY, died on January 15th at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood NJ. He was 75 years old.

Ralph enjoyed his later years as a school bus driver in Rockland County. He was also a sanitation worker for the city of New York where he retired with over 20 years of service. 

Born on October 26th to John Blanco and Rose Vitagliano in Bronx, NY where he lived during his childhood & young adult years.  He also spent time living Yonkers & Rockland County.

Ralph will be remembered for his caring heart and generosity. He loved the beaches, fishing and was an aficionado of games of chance.  He loved his family and friends dearly and regularly provided charity to those in need.

He is survived by his wife Geraldine, his children Rosemarie, John and Ralph, his daughter-in-law Beth Blanco, his grandchildren Elizabeth Noonan, Johnny Blanco, Catherine Noonan, Jenna Rose & Brianna Blanco and his great-grandchildren Christian Noonan, Jordan Rose, Miah Lewis and one more soon to be born. He is also survived by his twin brother Anthony Blanco and his sisters Anna Marie Ferraro & Diane Varga.

A celebration of his life will take place at Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home in Pearl River, NY on Friday, January 17th from 3-5pm & 7-9pm and Saturday, January 18th from 2-5pm with a service being held at 4pm.
