Nuts provide high quality antioxidants that fight inflammation and free-radical damage.

Did you know that “All Illness is caused by Inflammation” researchers say
The damage is done by eating the Standard American Diet (SAD).  SAD is high in sugar or sugar substitutes, low in fat and salt, and high in low fat or hydrogenated oils. To avoid getting sick you need to fight off inflammation and help prevent illness and aging, with food high in quality antioxidants.

Nuts are a natural whole food high in antioxidants to fight inflammation. You may not need an expensive insurance to paid prescriptions, from your expensive insurance paid doctor, for an expensive and toxic insurance paid pharmaceutical drug, that probably does nothing except give you side effects.

I guess better late than never. LaCorte is serving his 4th year as Mayor and was Trustee for I thinkRead More 4 years before that. This year is the only time he has brought the idea to the village about participating in this program. He is motivated by the opportunity of getting positive press for his County Executive campaign. The village should have been involved in this program ( as well as the Americorps program) long before this. On a positive note, hopefully the Village will continue this worthwhile partnership for many years to come.
