Hi-Tor's Pet of the Week: Tootsie

Each week we highlight another wonderful adoptable pet available at Hi-Tor Animal Care Center (Rockland County's only animal shelter) located in Pomona, NY.

Tootsie is a 4-year-old, brown female tabby. She arrived from Pearl River as a stray, having temporarily sought shelter in someone’s garage. Fond of both catnip and cuddling, Tootsie is very sweet but selective with whom she warms to. She would do best in a home with adults only and few other animals.

This poor kitty has been here since September and she needs to go home. She belongs in a home, not a cage. To meet Tootsie, please contact Hi-Tor Animal Care Center, 65 Firemens Memorial Drive, Pomona, NY. (845) 354-7900.

Look at those green eyes. Pretty! Yes, 6 months waiting is too long. Fingers crossed for Tootsie!
