Senator David Carlucci organized a second annual Veterans Appreciation Breakfast Sunday at the Nyack Seaport, providing a free brunch for military veterans.
"We owe a great debt of gratitude to all veterans, especially the new generation of returning veterans who recently served our country overseas," Carlucci said. "It is my hope for all New Yorkers to give thanks to those who have the courage to serve our country."
The event included an address by Rockland County Executive Elect Ed Day.
