'Rock the Games' Fundraiser at JCC Rockland

"We are incredibly excited to see our dream turn into reality…"Rock the Games," our fall event officially launches a two year adventure that will touch each and every one of you!

We cannot think of a better way to spend one evening in November than with JCC Rockland's friends and family.  Please purchase your tickets now to this event! In addition, by taking an ad in our journal, you are joining us in support of our outstanding leaders; local sports heroes and commemorating the Munich 11, all of whom we will honor that evening. You are also assisting us in providing educational, social and cultural programs and projects that we undertake for our community.

CHANGE4CHANGE
Please bring your coins for our Change4Change Community Project!
The JCC Rockland community will be collecting 11 million coins, one million for each of the 11 slain Israeli athletes in Munich, 1972. Our 10th and 11th grade "change makers" will be leading the way with the greatest portion of coins collected, going locally, to People to People, the largest food pantry in Rockland. The balance of proceeds will be shared by Rockland Jewish Family Service through the Rhoda Bloom Kosher Food Pantry, as well as Jewish Federation of Rockland to feed the hungry in Israel. Bring your piggy banks, cigar boxes and large containers filled with coins – first goal: 1 Million coins collected, in honor of Andrei Spitzer, on the evening of our "Rock the Games" event."
