Capital One Bank Donates $10,000 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County

Written by by Sarah Arras

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland County has received a $10,000 Community Giving Award from Capital One Bank, whose office is located at 65 North Main Street, New City, through the initiation of its Vice Chairman and Capital One Bank Vice President, Mr. Robert Barilli.

“At Capital One Bank, we have a long-term commitment to strengthening and adding value to the communities in which we live, work, learn and play. Organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Rockland are so important to the community and we understand that without supporting their services, the community will have unfocused children who will be vulnerable to anti-social behavior patterns,” said Bob.

“As an active and respected member of the business community, providing people with diverse banking products and financial services, Bob also makes a point of getting involved personally by dedicating his time and efforts to making a difference in people’s lives,” said Gillian Ballard, CEO for Big Brothers Big Sisters and we are so very grateful to corporate leaders like him.”
