Iron Mining in the Ramapos
This program will be presented by Doc Bayne who will step back in time when iron mining was king and first came to New York State. He is recently retired as the naturalist at Sterling Forest and is currently active with the Sterling Forest Conservancy. He leads many tours and hikes through the Palisades Parks system and is one of the most loved speakers on local history and the history of the Palisades Park lands.
