Learn about the impacts of fracking pipelines on Rockland – and about Wind, Water, and Sunlight, the clean renewable energy plan that could take New York off fossil fuels - including fracked gas - by 2030.

Did you think fracking will not affect Rockland County because natural gas is not extracted here? The reality is that fracked gas travels through Rockland pipelines and into our homes, even if not a single well is built in New York State.   Come learn about new and expanded pipelines and compressor stations proposed for Rockland and the health risks they would bring, including radon exposure, and risk of explosion from pipelines passing close to Indian Point.
