“Soup-er” Bowl Sunday!

February 3, 2013

Immediately following the Sunday service in the fellowship Hall. Come and share soup and a light meal with your church family prior to going home and watching the Superbowl (or reading a good book if you’re not into football.)

All are welcome! Bring a friend and some soup, sandwiches or a snack to share. A sign up sheet will be in the back of the church.

Come wish Pastor Rich a Happy Birthday, his favorite Carvel ice-cream cake will be served!

I guess better late than never. LaCorte is serving his 4th year as Mayor and was Trustee for I think…Read More 4 years before that. This year is the only time he has brought the idea to the village about participating in this program. He is motivated by the opportunity of getting positive press for his County Executive campaign. The village should have been involved in this program ( as well as the Americorps program) long before this. On a positive note, hopefully the Village will continue this worthwhile partnership for many years to come.
