Bounce! Trampoline Sports Offers Free Workshop: Healthy Eating Choices for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Dr. Wald will outline healthy foods along with recipes for adults and children for overall health, weight loss and keeping weight off forever.


 


Bounce! has teamed up with Dr. Michael Wald of Integrated Medicine of Mt. Kisco to present a series of workshops for both kids and parents. During his 22-years of professional practice, Dr. Wald has helped improve the health and quality of life of children and adults alike through dietary and other forms of improved nutrition. He has published over a dozen books on the topics of natural health and his new book, The Blood Detective's Guide to Longevity & Weight Loss will be published this year. Dr. Wald is double-board certified in nutrition; is a certified dietician-nutritionist, a certified nutritional specialist; and a certified clinical nutritionist.


 


Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions about weight loss and overall health and well-being during the sessions which will be led by Dr. Wald and his associate Sunny Seward, a Clinical Nutritionist. There is no charge for the workshop and they are open to teens as well as adults. I guess better late than never. LaCorte is serving his 4th year as Mayor and was Trustee for I thinkRead More 4 years before that. This year is the only time he has brought the idea to the village about participating in this program. He is motivated by the opportunity of getting positive press for his County Executive campaign. The village should have been involved in this program ( as well as the Americorps program) long before this. On a positive note, hopefully the Village will continue this worthwhile partnership for many years to come.
