I offer a unique way of fitness training, free of overly repetitive activities and boring machinery. My programs focus on high intensity training in a motivational, small group environment that is outside of the typical gym setting. Classes are high energy, exciting, challenging and fresh with summer classes held out of doors and winter classes held at a convenient location in Nyack. I use vintage equipment that is 100% people powered and 100% effective. This training is for all body types, shapes, sizes and ages.
