Walgreens Impasse and Indecent Exposure

The week of Sept. 13.

This past week was one dominated by politics and government—and not just because of mid-term elections.

One Tuesday, residents took to the polls, but with one major difference—new voting machines. Optical scanning machines replaced several booths, and were met with mixed reactions.

There was a lot of commotion within Nyack's political sphere this week, too: village officials, residents and architects gathered at Nyack Center on Tuesday to discuss the proposed Superblock project.
