South Nyack resident Rosie O'Donnell is mother to a newborn baby girl, the comedienne announced on Instagram Wednesday.
The child-- Dakota -- was born to O'Donnell's wife, Michelle Rounds on Jan. 5, 2013 and weighs five pounds, five ounces, according to USA Today.
"we r thrilled to announce the arrival of r daughter Dakota," O'Donnell penned on the photo-sharing website, adding the hashtag "#withloveandthanks."
O'Donnell is also mother to four other children, three of them teens.
The avid social media user tweeted about a heart attack she had in downtown Nyack in August of 2012.
