Nyack Hospital: Lose to Win Weight Loss Class

Is losing weight on your list of New Year's resolutions?

 

Nyack Hospital is offering a Lose to Win weight loss class beginning on Jan. 28 for all those who have resolved that “This is the year.” 

Classes will be held at the YMCA in Nyack for eight consecutive Mondays from 7:30 to 9 p.m.  The cost is $10 and registration is required. Class size is limited. For more information or to register, please call (845) 348-2004.

Also, the Rockland County Department of Health and Nyack Hospital is offering an 8-week Lose to Win Weight Loss Program starting Jan. 8 at the Nanuet Library.
