Sneden's Landing: $4.25 Million Sale

It was an active week in local real estate—the area saw eight new properties hit the market. There was a bi-level on Virginia Street in Valley Cottage, a ranch on Clover in West Nyack, a two family in Aldine Park in Nyack, a vintage Colonial on West Street in Central Nyack, a great home with views and a pool on 9W in Upper Grand View, a co-op in Salisbury Point, a townhouse on Gair Street in Piermont and an interesting mixed-use building on Bridge Street in Nyack.

There were four title transfers that included a village home at 47 Washington Street in Nyack, a condo in Mountainview in Valley Cottage, a home on Kreuz Drive in West Nyack and the riverfront home in South Nyack that had a bidding war with nine offers and sold for $102,000 over the asking price.

There were four homes that went under contract this week, and the most interesting news was our featured home: the $4.25 million home in Sneden's Landing. It's a spectacular property overlooking the Hudson River.
