It was a quiet week with no title transfers. However, we did have a few properties go under contract: one home in Valley Cottage on Stockton Road sold in three days and had multiple bids. That shows you that if a home is well-priced, even in this market, it will sell fast.   

You can’t really underprice a home these days—if the home is a little underpriced, the seller will most likely get multiple offers over full price. This is what homeowners need to do in this market if they really want to move their property.
