“We took some major steps forward in 2012,” said chamber president Scott Baird. “In addition to our street fairs, Halloween parade, and Holiday Lights programs, we rebuilt our website, added Classic Car Night to our roster of events, launched our weekly newsletters and opened the Winter Farmers’ Market with the Nyack Center. We were instrumental in the Nyack Marketing Association’s collaborative work on the Village banner program and overall promotion efforts.”

Baird said the Chamber’s plans for 2013 include expanding the marketing reach of local businesses through its website, new events and partnerships with other local organizations.
