Celebrated Circus Performer Leads Bounce! Fitness in Valley Cottage

Victor Byrne steps up to the plate

Valley Cottage's , a sprawling, indoor trampoline park, has news: Victor Byrne, a diving champion and well-know circus performer, will head up the business' professional fitness staff.

Byrne brings with him a long list of accolades—he's a black belt in karate and a past soccer star in Mexico, a Cirque du Soleil veteran and juggling maven.

"We are thrilled to have Victor to lead the Bounce! fitness team," said Danny Fried, co-owner of Bounce! Trampoline Sports. "He is an incredible talent and brings a professional level of training coupled with a warm and friendly style. Young and old will love working with Victor."

Currently, Byrne leads almost-daily fitness classes at Bounce!

"Working out on a giant trampoline provides an incredible opportunity for full body conditioning in a safe and fun environment," he said. "The feedback we get is that the workout is not only substantial, it's a social interactive experience making it easy to stick with it."

I guess better late than never. LaCorte is serving his 4th year as Mayor and was Trustee for I thinkRead More 4 years before that. This year is the only time he has brought the idea to the village about participating in this program. He is motivated by the opportunity of getting positive press for his County Executive campaign. The village should have been involved in this program ( as well as the Americorps program) long before this. On a positive note, hopefully the Village will continue this worthwhile partnership for many years to come.
