Rivertown Film presents The Loving Story, a film that delves into the true story of Mildred and Richard Loving, two Civil Rights Era heroes who refused to allow the state of Virginia's segregation laws deem their interracial marriage a crime. This brave couple's determination led to the overturning of anti-miscegenation laws in 1967.
The screening will also include a post-film panel discussion with director Nancy Buirski.
