"STEEL EARTH" Screening at Piermont Pop Up to Celebrate Earth Day & Benefit Keep Rockland Beautiful!

Saturday, April 21st, 2012 at 7:30 pm- Special Screening of Award winning docu-series “Steel Earth”- $25 Tickets includes Pre-Screening Drinks & Appetizers, Screening, and Post- Screening Q & A with Rockland director- to Benefit Keep Rockland Beautiful 

Piermont Pop Up will screen the Rockland director Jason Parisdocu series, "Steel Earth" with an after film discussion and Q & A moderated by local publicist, and Bonnaroo’s “Green Screens Presented By Rock the Earth” eco-film curator, Deb Shufelt. It will be co-sponsored by Rivertown Films. 

“Steel Earth” focuses on cars/trucks/machines abandoned in the woods and the ways in which individuals can act to clean up their neighborhoods, restore nature and create positive outcomes that serve the community. View the trailer here

Doors Open at 7:30pm with mingling, and drinks and tapas served from local eateries. Screening starts at 8 pm. Tickets are $25 dollars with a portion of the ticket sales being donated to Keep Rockland Beautiful. Please purchase in advance through the fair trade ticketing company, Brown Paper Tickets (click here to buy tickets) as a limited amount of tickets will be sold for this intimate occasion.  This is expected to be sold-out event.
