Rings in New Year with Area’s Top Comics –
(Dec. 5th, 2011) Lower Hud’s Funniest Productions is producing a New Year’s Eve Dinner/Comedy Show event at Slattery’s Restaurant in Piermont with the area’s funniest comedians at 9:30pm.

The show will be hosted by Regina DeCicco, winner of this summer’s Lower Hud’s Funniest Person Contest. DeCicco is a New City native and Rockland Community College graduate who wowed area crowds this summer with her comedy routines. Since her winning the area’s popular contest, DeCicco has garnered major area publicity and comedy bookings throughout the tri-state area.
Top New York City comedian and Putnam’s own, Patty Rosborough, will headline the event. Patty has a long list of credits including headlining at the Montreal Just for Laughs Festival, the BBC's "The World Stands Up", VH1, Showtime, and co-hosting Comedy Central's "Short Attention Span Theater" with Jon Stewart. She is the winner of the Bud Light Ladies of Laughter Comedy Competition and is currently touring theaters with the comedy show, “Four Sides of 40.” You can follow her breathless, frenetic, and shamelessly uninhibited performances through every major club throughout the country.
The feature act is West Nyack native, Brett Eidman. A graduate of Second City in Chicago, Brett has been seen and heard on several “Saturday Night Live,” “Law & Order” and “Imus in the Morning”. Brett’s comedy bits are played regularly on Sirius XM and his one man show “One Angry Man” recently had a sold out run in New York City.
Early reservations are suggested as seating is very limited. The show will take place in Slattery’s banquet room which will be transformed into a New York-style nightclub with pre-show music. The cost is $80.00 per person and includes a four-course dinner, champagne toast, giveaways and comedy show. Dinner seating is 9:30pm and show begins promptly at 10.30pm.
