Growing, Older: A Chronicle of Life, Death, and Vegetables. Book talk with Joan Gussow.

A new memoir by Piermont author Joan Gussow chronicles the course of her life after the death of her husband of forty years.

Widely known as the matriarch of the locavore movement, Joan Gussow writes about how her garden has been "teacher, child, therapist, confidant, and friend."  Joan will join us to discuss the book and will welcome questions and comments from the audience.  Books will be available for purchase and signing.
