The Edward Hopper House is hosting a lecture series featuring artists of all mediums and disciplines once a month on a Friday evening. There is a ½-hour wine and cheese reception before the one-hour talk. Bill Crow has played for numerous Broadway shows and has played with Benny Goodman, Marian McPartland, Bucky Pizzarelli, Gerry Mulligan, and Carmen Leggio, as well as with bands led by Mike Riley, John Benson Brooks, Teddy Charles, Stan Getz, Al Haig, Claude Thornhill, and Terry Gibbs to name a few. He is the author of Jazz Anecdotes and From Birdland to Broadway.
Fee: $8 in advance ($6 HH members), $10 at the door. Space is limited. Please reserve a seat in advance.
