Halloween Weekend Snow In Nyack

The early snow storm is making local roads slippery and bringing down utility lines and trees throughout the area.

However, the snow isn't bringing everything to a halt.

Over at Nyack High School, the Drama Club crew is busy today building sets for the club's upcoming show, Noises Off, which is set for Nov. 18 and 19 at 8 p.m. at the high school.

If you have to head out on local roads today, watch out for very slippery driving conditions.

- The Palisades Interstate Parkway has had many spin outs this afternoon.

- Christian Herald Road near Nyack High School is very slipper.

- South Mountain Road and Red Hill Road in New City are both very slippery.

- Western Highway in Orangetown is slippery and has problems with down lines and tree limbs.

- Route 59 in Nanuet has a problem with a down tree.

- Sections of Route 303 are very slippery and has problems with down tree limbs.
