African Drumming, Irish Dancing

Welcome to 'About Town,' a column that will keep you up to the minute with what's what, who's who and what the village is talking about. Check in often, because we will be updating often. And if you see something... say something

What do Chiku Awali, Flamenco Dance and Irish Dance all have in common? They are coming to Nyack for an amazing Multicultural Show this Saturday at the Nyack Center (58 Depew Avenue), beginning at 11 a.m.

There will be individual performances of African drumming and dance by Chiku Awali, Irish dancing by the Verlin School of Dance, and Flamenco dances by Ana de la Paz—and a grand finale that is sure to bring you to your feet when all three groups perform together.
