A Black cat with white paws was found dead after being hit by a car on South Blvd in Upper Grand View. The cat is well known in the area but I cannot locate the owner. Please contact me via the patch if this is your cat. If we don't hear anything by the end of today, we'll go ahead and bury the cat.
