8 Camp Scholarships Awarded by NCJW

The Rockland Section of National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is proud to announce that our Camp Scholarship Program has awarded camp       scholarships to eight children this year.  The children are from Rockland families of single working parents where there is a financial need.

The program funded by NCJW has been continuing in Rockland County for over 30 years, with input from clergy, school personnel, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and other social service agencies.

NCJW is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action. The Rockland Section entered its 64th year of service to the community. For more information go to www.ncjwrockland.org
