Winter Semester: 5 Fridays, Feb 3 – Mar 9 (no class Feb 24) 1 – 1:45pm
This fun and educational class combines yoga poses with music, movement, and stories. Children learn about their body parts as we stretch into yoga poses, wiggle and move to different types of music, and play noncompetitive games. Balance and breathing techniques aid children in their long term focus and concentration while language, counting and basic math concepts are incorporated.
