Sprinklers Put Out Fire At Central Nyack Beauty Supply Store
No one hurt at early-morning fire on Route 59.
Central Nyack volunteer firefighters were called to an early-morning fire at a Route 59 beauty supply store, where a sprinkler system activated to put out the flames.
No one was injured in the fire at Beauty Supply, located adjacent to the Dapper Dog pet services shop in the rear section of the shopping center at 37 Route 59.
An alarm alerted firefighters to the fire at about 3:15 a.m.

In addition to firefighters from Central Nyack, firefighters from Valley Cottage and West Nyack were called to the shopping center along with Clarkstown police. The Nyack Fire Department was on standby.
