N.J. Woman Hit With Prostitution Charge In Central Nyack

Clarkstown police: Massage parlor operation investigated.

A New Jersey woman has been charged with after an investigation of a Central Nyack massage parlor, according to Clarkstown police.

Soo Jung Lee, 39, of Fort Lee, NJ, was arrested after an investigation at 9 Ingalls St. In addition to prostitution, a misdemeanor, she was also charged with unauthorized practice of a profession, a felony, and failure to apply for a massage therapist license, a violation.

She was released pending an April 16 hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.

Clarkstown police over the past two years have hit several operators of massage parlors throughout the town with similar charges as neighborhood complaints alleged the businesses were not legitimate massage parlors.
