Upper Nyack's Jacobs to Chair Hospital Foundation Board

Mark Jacobs has been named Nyack Hospital Foundation Board Chair

Nyack Hospital has a new Foundation Chair—Mark Jacobs of Upper Nyack.

As chair, Jacobs will lead the push for more philanthropic resources. The hospital is seeking to raise $5 million this year for expansions and renovations.

"Meeting the healthcare needs of our community takes a major commitment by all of us," he said. "The Nyack Hospital Foundation is the cornerstone of that effort."

Jacobs is President and Founder of K&M Newspaper Services, Inc., established in 1984, which couples newspapers with inserts. He also has contributed time and energy to the Provident Bank Business Leaders Coucil, the Piermont Library and Arden Hill Foundation.

Jacobs lives with his wife, Judith, and four children at their Upper Nyack home.
